Jenna Harlan

Jenna Harlan is a Government Relations Specialist at Desk138, LLC, where she supports clients with policy analysis, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement across the Texas legislative landscape. 

She previously served as a Legislative Director in the Texas House of Representatives and has a background in political campaigns, developing a strong foundation in advocacy and political strategy. 

As a former writing consultant with a strong command of AI-enabled research and workflow tools, Jenna brings a thoughtful, modern, and results-driven approach to government relations. 

A proud longhorn, she earned her B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in International Relations and Global Affairs and French Studies and is a member of Cohort 7 of the LBJ Women’s Campaign School.
